Due to the high demand of our clients, we have many shifts to be covered, so we would love to have you! Our Support Workers are in high demand in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

The job would be fully flexible, so if you have additional responsibilities, we can work around that! If you need to work around school hours? We can give you Support Worker shifts around school hours. If you are going on a much needed night out? We can give you that night and the next day off! Everybody has their own set of responsibilities, and if you let us know, we would love to get you working as a Support Worker alongside those responsibilities.

Being a Support Worker in Edinburgh can come with a great competitive pay as you can earn up to £520 per week! Although the pay is good, it is not the only benefit you would have for working with us.

Your role would be to carry out different responsibilities, such as:

  • Record keeping on all charts (feeding, activity etc.)
  • Following care plans to allow you to be specific to their individual needs.
  • Getting to know clients and their interests and needs
  • To support service users to lead as independent a life as possible
  • To ensure a balanced diet, undertake household and cleaning tasks, and help with any other tasks outlined in the care/ support plan

Please apply if you have the following;

  • 6 months paid Support Work and care experience
  • Skills in communicating with tact and sensitivity
  • You have the ability to remain calm under pressure and cope with challenging behaviour.
