Training
Your training programme will be one of the best in the business and ensure you are not only set up but continuously trained and developed. In your first 6 months there will be an 8 week tailored training programme to give you all the tools to be successful, after 6 months we're looking at your first promotion and setting up the next stage of your training programme towards achieving Senior Consultant after your first year in, which comes with a minimum pay increase of over 10% and a car allowance of £3,000!

The Opportunity - What does the job involve?

- Through various methods building a prospective client list that you will use as your sales strategy
- Convert prospective clients using a robust sales strategy (sales training provided)
- Use your sales strategy to acquire and expand your market knowledge of the Call Centre industry
- Go to visit clients to build relationships and get a feel for the environment you are recruiting for
- Write, publish and update adverts in line with company procedures
- Source candidates for prospective jobs via our CRM system, contingent searches, networking, headhunting and candidate and client referrals
- Interview prospective candidates via telephone, video technology platform and face to face to build a strong network
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with stakeholder groups
- Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process in relation to CV writing, interview preparation, offer negotiation and induction
