Due to their ongoing success both in the UK and internationally, we are on the hunt to recruit a Sales / Customer Service Manager to take the reigns of their high performing customer service and sales team in Manchester.

About the Sales / Customer Service Manager role:
* Taking over an already high performing team of c10 FTE with some new starters
* Daily motivation of the team to achieve realistic targets
* Working with all internal stakeholders throughout the business (UK and Internationally if required)
* Training new starters and established team members
* Interviewing and recruiting advisors to grow the team
What the successful Sales / Customer Service Manager looks like:
* A good level of previous experience working as a Sales / Customer Service Manager within a telephony environment ideally within insurance
* Previous telephony based leadership experience
* Demonstrable experience of delivering results against targets via your team
* Someone that wants to join a business that doesn't stand still - someone outgoing and confident that is able to provide a real input to help shape the business
