On a daily basis you will manage a team of Advisors handling inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding a range of financial products. All our staff put our customers at the heart of everything we do so whilst your team will be selling they will also be truly helping our customers.
If you have a proven track record of managing telephone based staff in a role where you are responsible for nurturing talent through ongoing coaching and support then you will fit in well here. You also need to have a passion for motivating teams and driving performance against targets within customer focused environment.
