Working as a Support Worker as part of a motivated and inclusive team, you'll be assisting people with learning disabilities such as autism and other mental health issues as well as elderly. You'll have experience as a Support Worker or care worker in temp or permanent care jobs. Comfortable working alone or in a team, you'll conscientious in reporting to your line manager and participating in training, where necessary, and be respectful of confidentiality issues.
Job Requirements:
- You will have worked a minimum of 6 months in a care/support setting in recent years
- You'll be great at building relationships and communicating with service users, their families and other healthcare professionals
- You'll be calm, positive, sensitive and empathetic to individual needs
- You'll be prepared to work flexibly.
