Role: Retention's Team Leader
Salary: £30k + Bonus
Location: Manchester

Search Manchester is working with a well established client who is seeking a Retention's Team Leader to join their Outbound Sales Team and drive results through effective team management and strategy implementation.

Duties:
* Setting team targets to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
* Monitoring KPIs to ensure performance metrics are met and exceeded.
* Tracking leads and opportunities to maximise sales conversions.
* Implementing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Handling customer escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
* Training, coaching, and developing teams through regular one-on-one sessions.


Requirements:
* Previous experience managing a team in a customer service department.
* Proven experience in training and developing advisors to excel in their roles.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and customers.
* Strong analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
