In partnership with Carbon Neutral Britain, we rigorously measure and offset our carbon emissions. This certificate represents our unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship and our pledge to continue making strides in sustainability.

Social Responsibility

We believe in making a positive impact on communities. This commitment is exemplified by our comprehensive training programs, fostering employee well-being, and promoting diversity and inclusion. We actively engage in community outreach programs, supporting local causes and contributing to societal welfare. 

Each summer, we proudly nominate a charity to be our Official Charity Partner (OCP) for the year. Our employees play a pivotal role in this process, nominating charities close to their hearts, providing reasons for their choices, and voting for the final selection. 

Over the years, we have supported incredible organisations such as Macmillan, Alzheimer’s Society, and Teenage Cancer Trust. Our commitment extends beyond financial support as we actively engage with our OCP, collaborating on various fundraisers, including bake sales, charity quizzes, sponsored walks, and more. This ensures that our fundraising efforts are both meaningful and companywide.

EcoVadis Silver Rating

As part of our commitment to society, our people, and the environment, Search completes a thorough assessment of its business sustainability practices every year through EcoVadis, the global standard for business sustainability ratings. The EcoVadis assessment includes 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. In our latest rating, which was completed in December 2023, we earned a silver medal which places Search in the 84th percentile.
