An award-winning, innovative and growing firm based in Hove requires an experienced transactional Property Lawyer with a strategic mindset to either lead both the Commercial property and Residential property or, alternatively just the residential property team.

The firm has strong ties with the business community on the South Coast and this together with relationships built with local agents and other refers of work has resulted in a sustained period of growth for the residential property team, as such they are now looking to increase their team from 3 to 4 full-time conveyancers.
The role is required due to internal restructuring, this new position is viewed as a key appointment, to ensure the firm continues its upward trajectory. The overall property team comprises a team of 5 in the Residential department and a further 3 in the Commercial team. This position will see you manage your own caseload of technical work from initial instruction until conclusion with support, whilst assisting the wider team with technical support and guidance. Candidates are sought with a strategic approach to business development and a proven track record here will be advantageous.
To be successful you will likely have more than 5PQE within either solely residential property or both residential and commercial property, some prior management experience, and a flair for business development.
