A well-established firm based in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire, renowned for their commitments to excellence and client-focused approach, are looking for an ambitious Commercial Property lawyer to join their team in either their Andover or Romsey offices.

The Commercial Property team offer a full spectrum service with experts across all areas such as Landlords and Tenants, including Property Developers, trustees of pension funds selling property and agricultural property. You will play a pivotal role in their Commercial Property department, handling a wide range of commercial property transactions and offering expert legal advice.
Your role will involve supporting partners in their ongoing transactions, which may encompass tasks such as drafting licences for alterations, licences for assignments, rent deposit deeds, leases, contracts, as well as preparing and evaluating reports on title, among other responsibilities. You will be encouraged to build up and manage your own caseload of mixed transactions work. You will have great exposure to high value transactions, including residential work (although not essential). Additionally, you will have the chance to formulate remedies for title-related challenges identified by the broader teams.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property.
- Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the market, its challenges and opportunities.
- Have a sense of initiative and enthusiasm.
- Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate.
- Have excellent written and verbally communication skills.
- Competent IT skills.
