We're seeking a talented and confident Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the in-house volume team responsible for the recruitment of a large number of workers across our clients distribution network. Based in West Yorkshire, earning you a full-time salary of up to £36,500 + incredible benefits, you'll be a collaborative and passionate HR professional.
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for planning and coordinating the recruitment campaigns for Operatives and Drivers at all our client's bases and regional service centres across the UK across multiple shift patterns. Your in house recruitment experience will enable you to deliver the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, leading up to 15 individual volume recruitment campaigns at any one time, recruiting more than 5000 people each year.
In line with the ever-changing operational requirements and taking into account sale and peak period planning, you will allocate your team to the relevant campaigns. You will work closely with the onsite Assessment Centre team to ensure that appropriate volumes of candidates attend onsite interviews to deliver the required new starter volumes on time.
Working with the Recruitment Manager, you will review the attraction strategy, recruitment process and onboarding, using your Recruitment knowledge and experience to identify any optimisations. You will design social campaigns and optimise Job Ads to maximise attraction in line with the Operational plan alongside carrying out regular business reviews.
Candidates with a background in high volume , end to end recruitment will be considered.
