The company you will be working for offers a unique financial planning process programme, based on identifying a client's life-goals, long-term ambitions and ideals. Their clients are provided with advice and ongoing support to help them achieve their goals through the state of the art investment portfolio construction which could include: cash flow planning and modelling, pension and retirement planning, inheritance tax and estate planning and capital protection.
To give a flavour of the role, if you had been working as Client Service Administrator over the past week, you would have:
Worked with the Client Service team on new client pensions, investment and risk contracts
Helped existing clients with their financial arrangements
Conducted effective liaison with product providers and strategic partners
Updated client and product records
As your understanding of the industry and the corporate strategy develops, you will have the opportunity to take industry exams and expand your knowledge further through training and learning.
At the outset, you will require:
Client Service Administrator experience
Ideally a minimum of 18 months experience in the Financial Services industry
Experience with Advisor Office or a similar Financial Services back-office systems (beneficial)
Excellent communication skills, in writing, on the phone and face to face
