We are looking for Customer Service Advisors for our Manchester City Centre based office!

£18,200-£19,500 DOE + overtime paid at enhanced rates.

Permanent position

We are a leading financial services company based in Manchester City Centre. Due to exciting growth plans for 2022, we are now looking for talented Customer Service Advisors to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for anyone with previous Customer Service experience looking for a new, exciting challenge.

What does this role involve?
* Liaising with customers over the telephone, you will identify customers' banking needs
* Speak to customers and educate them on safer ways of banking
* Ensuring you are talking to the right customer and protecting our customers from scam and fraud attacks to help keep their money safe
* Accurately provide information on the companies products and services

* A basic salary of £18,200-£19,500 DOE + overtime paid at enhanced rates

What you'll need
You must have previous customer service experience, excel at delighting customers and be motivated to build a career in customer service. They will teach you everything you need to know and support you to become the best customer advisor you can be. You must be able to pass credit and DBS check.
