This one-of-a-kind opportunity centres around assisting the Senior Professional Support Lawyer within the Estates, Tax and Succession team. This position is one of the most valued in the firm as it is a key promoter for the growth and success of the firm. The key duties of this position are:
- Assisting in developing Precedents, Practice Notes and working practices
- Drafting Documents
- Keeping the department updated with legal developments.
- Liaising with other PSLs across the firm
- Maintaining experts' databases and divisional handbooks
- Other responsibilities including Development, Marketing and assisting with building information on clients/referrers and industries of operation.
Additionally, when working as part of the team, you will get opportunities to manage projects or supervise other team members and support staff where you can provide your expert knowledge and ultimately achieve the goals ahead.
For this position, you will likely possess 5 years of Post Qualification experience with a motive to continue professional development and expertise within Estate, Tax and Succession.
