Role: Administrative Co-Ordinator

Location: Liverpool

Hours of work: 8.30am-5pm/9am-5.30pm

Pay rate: 9.50 per hour

Our City Centre Liverpool based client is looking for a experienced Temporary Administration Assistant, who will be supporting the business in the production of on-site administration and carry out the following tasks:

  • Assisting with online booking applications from sites
  • Liaising with sites directly
  • Assisting with tenant queries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via live chats, telephone and emails

  • Strong IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft systems
  • Excellent administration / organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels.
  • A good team spirit with proven team working skills.
  • Good attention to detail and concern for accuracy and quality of work
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident in using CRM systems
