An expanding Care business are looking for experienced Support Workers to join their team and to continue their growth and success. The client provides individual care and support for service users with complex needs, challenging behaviours, learning disabilities and possibly have a forensic background. You will promote each service user's independence, ensuring that they are continuously supported and integrated back into the community. As a Support Worker you will be required to adhere to the Care provider's standards, ensuring all practices and legislation are followed accordingly and participate with relevant training as and when required
* Able to travel across Manchester (driving is not essential) and have good flexibility
* Have the passion to enhance service user's lives by encouraging them to be independent
* Have good experience with challenging behaviours and learning disabilities
