Recruitment Business Partner - Milton Keynes c£35,000 + bonus
Our client is an instantly recognisable brand and market leader in their space. As part of an ongoing development plan they are now looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join their HR structure and take responsibility for all head office recruitment.
Reporting through to the senior leadership HR team, you will have overarching responsibility for sourcing and finding talent, for all head office roles across the organisation. In order to achieve this you need to have a few amazing skills - principal amongst those is the ability to build, maintain and manage relationships with key stakeholders. All key stakeholders - from a junior hiring manager to a member of the board.
You'll already be a tried and tested recruiter with in-house experience, and it goes without say that you'll have the sourcing skills of some sort of recruitment-ninja. Of course you'll have no problem crafting an advert, helping to create a job spec, taking a brief from a manager
or navigating the usual recruitment tools. Speaking of tools - you'll have access to an ATS, job boards and LinkedIn Premium to help you find what you need.
You'll also have no problem rejecting a candidate or telling a hiring manager their best candidate has disappeared from the face of the earth… because that's the life of a recruiter. We are all human dealing with fellow humans.
As a recruiter you will of course be able to spin multiple plates, you'll be passionate, driven, motivated and pro-active… and resilient (see above)
This in as opportunity to join an organisation going through an unprecedented amount of change at the start of something special. You could be part of it and could recruit the very people that make this happen.
If the above sounds like something you'd like to hear more about, then don't hesitate in applying or call Mark Dayman from Search HR on 0116 247 3308 or email email@example.com
Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
