Temp Administrator

  • Based Stockport - close to all public transport links
  • Start ASAP
  • Pay Rate £7.20-£8.40ph
  • Temp ongoing with the view to go permanent

Main Duties:

  • Create invoices and credit notes with the information provided from the Billing Leads.
  • Cross Checking Information
  • Scanning and filing
  • Record keeping
  • Data input from various systems
  • Ad hoc admin

I am looking to speak to candidates with:

  • At least 1 Years' experience of administration, paid or unpaid, within a busy office environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to consult colleagues and to work as part of a team.
  • A good standard of written English and Numeracy.
  • Experience of working in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with computer software, particularly MS office and Accounts software.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload in line with deadlines and to work unsupervised.
  • Good telephone skills.
  • A warm approach to colleagues.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and commitment.
