Are you an experienced administrator wanting to work within professional services?
My client provides professional end to end support in meeting customers expectations and dealing with shareholder requests. They provide services to more than 1300 companies large and small across the UK. As an administrator you will work as part of a team providing the highest level of customer service to shareholders.
Your day to day will consist of
* Processing claims
* Taking payments
* Managing and updating documents
* Administration duties
* Assisting shareholders who are not able to self-service using online methods
Do you have
* Administration experience
* Ability to work within a team and alone
* Knowledge of the financial services industry
* GCSE Maths and English
* Knowledge in Excel, word and outlook
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* FCA experience is desirable
