Job Title: Talent Acquisition UK Distribution Site (6 month FTC - Potential temp to perm)
Salary: £35,000-£40,000

This is an exciting position to join wholesale and distribution organisation based in Leeds.

You will have a strong HR background with experience working closely with recruitment agency staff on high volume and part taking in assessment centres.

my client are recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a Full time position, on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be a key part of the function, responsible for the recruitment of staff in a busy e-Commerce environment. Ensuring current and future business requirements can be met by driving a high quality recruitment strategy, partnering with the business, wider HR community and current Agency providers.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains and builds relationships with current Agencies to ensure current and future business requirements are met in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Liaising with managers to understand and agree recruitment strategies for vacancies.
  • Create job adverts, post vacancies internally and externally using a number of tools (Indeed/LinkedIn) and utilising own wider network.
  • Arrange assessment centres and interviews, liaising with managers to ensure all paperwork completed
  • Carry out relevant legislative checks in accordance with current government guidance
  • Liaison with HRBP, manager to update on status on regular basis
  • Complete all documentation in line with company procedures
  • Raise cases on HR CMS to trigger completion of Offer letters and contracts
  • Liaise with managers to ensure all information and actions complete and ready for employees first day
