Are you an experienced HR Advisor or BP looking for a new role? Are you looking for a change of pace and a role ideally within the third sector? This may be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a permanent opportunity to join a fantastic organisation who have a great reputation working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and you will need to travel throughout Scotland at least once a month. You will be working with a small close knit team and will be reporting to a friendly and dynamic Head of HR.
This is a full generalist role and duties will include supporting the wider business implementing processes and policies, leading projects, all aspects of employee relations, recruitment processing and on boarding along with HR based training across the groups and managers within the organisation.
To excel within this role you will need to be CIPD (or equivalent) qualified with experience within a BP or Advisory role. You will be a confident and organised individual who is able to converse with all levels of the organisation. You will also need to have an empathetic attitude with core values that would suit the organisation and with a pragmatic and flexible approach to your role. As you will be expected to travel and a clean driving license is essential.
