French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

  • Location:Remote / Working from home
  • Salary: £18,000
  • Working hours:Monday - Friday, 07.45 am - 4:15 pm
  • Contract:Permanent- August 2021 start

My client is looking to recruit a Fluent French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to work speaking with existing customers regarding a variety of queries through email, live chat and over the phone.

Based working from home, the main duties of the French Speaking Customer Advisor role include;

  • Responding to calls and email enquiries from French speaking customers
  • Taking calls from customers in order to assist them
  • Having conversations with people and resolving their queries
  • Delivering very high levels of service at all times
  • Resolving challenging situations for the customer

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

  • Fluent in both French and English languages
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Reliable with excellent time management skills
  • Confident with using computers
