My client is looking for an Administrator to join their friendly and forward-thinking team in Leeds City Centre! With prior knowledge and understanding of working with the Financial Services industry, you will part of a team providing exceptional standards of customer service to shareholders, processing claims and working closing with reconciliations teams.

So what's the role?

  • Handle incoming shareholder or external queries with full detail and explanation
  • Updating and maintaining the databases and registers
  • Monitoring and reconciliation of transactions
  • Vetting claims with extreme attention to detail
  • Scheduling payments to be issued
  • Filing, archiving and scanning

Do you have?

  • Knowledge and experience of the Financial Services industry
  • Administration experience
  • Excellent IT skills
  • High standards of communication and confidence when dealing with queries
  • A forward-thinking attitude and desire to learn

Role details:

  • Financial Services Administrator
  • £19,000-£25,000
  • Amazing Leeds City Centre location (with a sky garden and modern offices!)
  • Monday- Friday, 9am-5:30pm
