The Role
You'll be a key player in helping our new customers discuss their insurance policies - delivering excellent service, understanding their needs, and assisting with providing the right cover for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Engagement
* Engage with new customers via inbound and outbound calls
* Use a consultative approach to set up policies
Sales & Performance
* Bring confidence and resilience to every call
* Achieve performance targets through confident, customer-first conversations
* Upsell bolt On's by understanding customers' needs or Upsell bolt On's by sales through Conversation.

Follow-Up & Communication
* Manage your own diary efficiently
* Follow up with customers using the most effective communication channels
Compliance & Accuracy
* Ensure all actions meet FCA regulations and internal standards
* Keep customer records precise and up to date

* Share ideas, knowledge, and feedback to help the team thrive
