While part of a respected civil engineering contractor's portfolio, this role will focus primarily on the successful delivery of a significant building project.

The Role

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities include:
✔ Managing site operations and project delivery
✔ Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
✔ Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
✔ Monitoring programme, quality, and costs
✔ Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
✔ Producing site records, reports, and progress updates

About You

We're looking for someone with:
* Previous experience as a Site Agent, Senior Engineer, or Site Manager
* Experience delivering building or construction projects
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery
