The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is fast paced, exciting, challenging and hugely rewarding. You need to be tenacious, driven and willing to learn and be challenged. Everyday you will be able to track and see the rewards of your hard work and with a completely transparent commission structure and both monthly and quarterly commission. You can set yourself clear goals and we can help you achieve them.

What are we looking for in the next successful Recruitment Consultant

• People person and natural rapport builder, someone who loves to work with people from candidates to prospective business owners up to Director level.
• Productive and Resilient personality, staying positive and having a tenacity to improve.
• Sales experience beneficial but not essential. Being the right fit doesn't always mean having the previous experience/knowledge.
• The ability to adapt and take on any challenge. If you can challenge yourself, we can support your ability to achieve.
