Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and building upon strong relationships with brokers and agents
• Handling finances and managing agreement terms
• Attending and hosting networking events
• Carry out viewings and send out enquiry proposals
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients providing top class customer service
• Manage building operations to a high standard
• Manage invoicing and credit control
• Maintain Health and Safety standards

Experience/Skills Requirements:

• Relevant experience within commercial property or hospitality industry
• Enthusiastic and self motivated with a can do attitude
• Attention to detail
• IT & administrative skills
• Sales-minded, outgoing personality
• Commitment to providing high standards of customer service
