My client is a multi-service London law firm. Commercially aware, entrepreneurial in spirit, international in outlook, and pragmatic in approach. It is especially well-known for its transactional, advisory and regulatory work advising successful businesses, their leaders and investors. It is a recognised leader in a number of sectors, including natural resources, real estate, commercial, IP, and technology (CIPT), employment, banking and finance, and retail and leisure.
The employment team acts for fully listed and AIM listed companies, providing for all their employment needs and facilitating advice on share incentives, pensions, and immigration.
