They are seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years or more PQE with experience in residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, and re-mortgages.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Experience in running your caseload autonomously
2. The ability to offer some supervision to more junior solicitors
3. Experience in property transactions including sales and purchases in both freehold and leasehold capacity, re-mortgages, and newly built property.
