Preparing and formatting letters, legal documents and other correspondence
Audio and copy typing
Providing support utilising the firms case management system
Document filing and archiving
Assistance in the preparation of legal and court forms
Preparing and issuing invoices
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and delivery of correspondence.
Diary management
General Office / Administration duties
What we're looking for
* Previous legal secretarial or legal experience in general
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* An excellent knowledge of Microsoft platforms including Word, Outlook, etc.
