Corporate Reception Services Supervisor - Central London - £39k + excellent benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reception Services Supervisor to join my client's team in the heart of the City.
You will be working for a leading outsourced guest services provider managing the Reception provision at a prestigious Investment Bank.
The purpose of this position is to be responsible for managing a team of Front of House employees across the building and strengthening client relationships and for providing Front of House team members with training, advice and support. Through this you will enhance your skills and knowledge within a managed service environment.
This role requires an individual who is highly customer focused and is able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally. People Management, teamwork and motivation are key focal aspects - you must be able to encourage and inspire employees to work together in order to function efficiently. A strong element of flexibility is required as the position involves visiting many sites across London.
Working hours are Monday - Friday business hours.
What You Will Need:
* Experience of leading a team within a high-end Corporate or Luxury Hotel environment
* Track record of delivering consistent 5 star service
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Immaculate appearance
* Strong IT skills
