I have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join my client on a temporary basis for 6 months initially with my client based in Stevenston.
This is a temporary role initially to cover during a busy period.
You will support the purchasing team with all aspects of administration, ideally you will have experience working in procurement however this is not essential.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 35 hours per week, 09:00-16:30 and the start date will be Monday 26th February.
You will support my client with various tasks such as:
- Sourcing quotes for materials
- Raising Purchase orders
- Dealing with operational emergency requests
- Overdue materials follow-up with suppliers
- Mail duties
- E-mail suppliers re clarifications / communicate with operations re clarifications.
- Meet appointment schedules when sourcing materials
This role is based in Stevenston and has on site parking available, you must be able to start work next week and have a good history of work experience in administrative roles.
