About this role

Search Consultancy are looking for a experienced Customer Service Advisor who speaks fluent Spanish in London!

This role is offering £25,000 - £28,000 plus benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming queries and dealing with the query yourself of passing the call through to the relevant department
  • Make outbound calls when required to existing customers
  • Support all customers through their journey with top customers at the forefront of your mind
  • Liaising with other departments to create a smooth customers journey
  • Ensure orders are put through efficiently and update all customers within certain time frames
  • Take payment from customers on the phone

Experience required:

  • Phone based customer service experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish written and verbal
  • Very customer service focused
  • IT Literate
  • Excellent communicator and clear attention to detail
