Search Consultancy are looking for a experienced Customer Service Advisor who speaks fluent Spanish in London!
This role is offering £25,000 - £28,000 plus benefits!
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming queries and dealing with the query yourself of passing the call through to the relevant department
- Make outbound calls when required to existing customers
- Support all customers through their journey with top customers at the forefront of your mind
- Liaising with other departments to create a smooth customers journey
- Ensure orders are put through efficiently and update all customers within certain time frames
- Take payment from customers on the phone
Experience required:
- Phone based customer service experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish written and verbal
- Very customer service focused
- IT Literate
- Excellent communicator and clear attention to detail
