As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include supporting new customers as they acclimate to our company, swiftly and effectively resolving customer issues, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met, maintaining strict compliance processes, and adeptly communicating with customers both over the phone and through written correspondence.

In addition, you should be adaptable, ready to tackle specific projects or tasks as directed by management, and possess a strong desire to acquire new skills and advance within our organisation.
