Injection Moulding Toolmaker

The key purpose of the role is to ensure the effective and efficient operation and maintenance of all Injection Mould Tools. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations and Planning to facilitate the proactive maintenance of moulds.

We are looking for a safety conscious, proactive, technical professional who will play a key role in the transition to our new site which will create the largest moulding facility in Scotland.

Responsibilities will include:

• Support new product introduction
• Assess and diagnose route cause issues
• Carry out tooling repairs as required
• Proactively plan and carry out preventative maintenance
• Support and contribute to process improvement activity and projects

Key Attributes

• Strong working knowledge and application of health and safety
• High level of attention to detail and precision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum two years' experience in an injection moulding tooling environment
• Toolmaking Qualification.

This role is based on a Monday to Friday day/ back working pattern.
