Job Title: HR Co-ordinator
Location: Dundee
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Job Description:
As an HR Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all HR operations and initiatives. Your role will be essential to the smooth functioning of the department, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while encouraging a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates
- Facilitating onboarding for new employees and co-ordinating training programmes
- Managing employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Co-ordinating HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, and community outreach events
- Handling employee queries about HR-related issues
- Assisting payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Participating in developing organisational guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- A qualification in Human Resources or related field is desirable
- Proven experience as an HR Co-ordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability in using MS Office
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organisational and time management skills
- CIPD qualification would be considered an added advantage
