Exceptional Career Progression Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen within one of London's most highly regarded and rapidly growing restaurant groups. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate leader to take ownership of a premium restaurant operation within a business renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and investing heavily in its people.

With a highly competitive salary package, paid overtime, and a quarterly bonus scheme worth up to an additional £16,000 per annum, this role offers one of the strongest earning potentials available in the market today.

Beyond the financial package, the business has an exceptional track record of promoting from within, making this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Head Chef looking to continue progressing their career within a supportive, forward-thinking organisation. Whether your aspirations lie in multi-site leadership, Executive Chef positions, or operational management, genuine opportunities exist for long-term growth across the group.

As Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence kitchen culture, lead a talented brigade, and deliver exceptional dining experiences using high-quality seasonal ingredients. You'll be joining a business that values strong leadership, creativity, commercial awareness, and operational excellence, whilst providing the support, autonomy, and resources needed to thrive.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently delivered. You will lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team, creating a positive, engaging, and high-performing culture whilst maintaining the highest culinary standards.

You will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including recruitment, training, rotas, stock control, ordering, budgeting, labour management, and food safety compliance. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive kitchen performance, maximise profitability, and contribute towards menu development and innovation, ensuring the business continues to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You'll be joining a company that genuinely believes in developing talent from within, giving high-performing chefs exposure, responsibility, and clear pathways for future progression.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef within a quality-led restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
  • Passionate about fresh food, seasonal produce, and delivering exceptional standards
  • Comfortable operating within a busy, high-volume kitchen
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with a solid understanding of labour, GP, and cost controls
  • A positive leader who enjoys motivating, mentoring, and developing others
  • A team player who thrives within a professional, ambitious, and quality-driven environment

What's In It for You?

  • Competitive base salary of £62,250 - £67,250
  • Quarterly bonus scheme worth up to £4,000 per quarter
  • Potential additional earnings of up to £16,000 per year
  • OTE of £80,000 - £83,000+
  • Paid overtime
  • Exceptional opportunities for career progression within a growing premium restaurant group
  • Structured training and ongoing leadership development programmes
  • Opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's most respected chefs and operators
  • Christmas Day and Boxing Day guaranteed off
  • Annual salary reviews
  • Opportunities to work across multiple sites and broaden your experience
  • Wagestream access
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Hospitality reward and recognition schemes
  • A supportive culture focused on development, recognition, and long-term career growth

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Head Chef looking to join a business where performance is rewarded, progression is actively encouraged, and earning potential is among the best in the industry.
