Currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor for growing business in Broxburn. They are experts in their industry, being the largest within the market, and have an interesting and unique product.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the best possible customer journey
Help manage current customer orders
Deal with a high volume of inbound phone calls
Maintain relationships with carriers and customers
Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers
Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues
Excellent multitasking skills as well as computer software programs
