Job Title: Temporary Customer Relations Advisor
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid Working - 2-3 days WFH after training)
Salary/Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: 16-week Temporary Contract with potential permanent opportunities
Hours of Work: 36 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on various shift patterns (a fixed weekend working day is required)
About the Role

We're looking for Customer Relations Advisors to join a friendly and supportive team on a 16-week temporary contract, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across a range of customer enquiries.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, efficiently and with empathy.
- Work across multiple systems in a varied, multi-skilled role where no two days are the same.
- Ensure every customer receives a positive experience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple computer systems.
- A positive, professional attitude with the ability to adapt to different customer enquiries.
- Previous customer service experience within retail, hospitality, contact centres or similar environments is desirable, but not essential.
Hybrid Working
Following your initial training and once you've successfully reached the required competency level, you'll have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week, providing you have a suitable home working environment.
