Customer Service Advisor
Manchester City Centre
£14.50 per hour
37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: 1st June
12-week temporary contract (potential for extension)

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Providing professional and efficient support to resolve customer queries
* Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
* Investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
* Maintaining compliance with company policies and data protection standards

About You
* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Confident using computer systems and CRM platforms
* A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
