Customer Service Advisor
Location: Sheffield
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Start Date: 7th September
Contract Length: 16 Weeks Temporary
Hours: 36 hours per week
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems? We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors on a 16-week temporary contract!
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service across a range of enquiries. You'll:
* Handle customer queries efficiently and accurately
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
* Resolve issues and provide appropriate solutions
* Update systems with accurate customer information
* Work as part of a supportive and collaborative team
Training
You'll receive 5 weeks of comprehensive paid training to ensure you have all the knowledge and support needed to succeed in the role.
Shift Patterns
You will work a set shift pattern, 5 days out of 7, and must be available to work Monday to Sunday.
Available shifts:
* 06:00 - 14:00
* 08:00 - 16:00
* 10:00 - 18:00
* 15:00 - 23:00

* Excellent communication skills
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Confidence using computer systems
* A positive and professional attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday
