We're looking for an ambitious Internal Client Relationship Manager to join a growing, market-leading organisation that works closely with recruitment businesses across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, account management and business development, while taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll inherit and develop a portfolio of agency relationships, identify new business opportunities, and play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and consultative conversations.

The Role
As an Internal Client Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships within a portfolio of recruitment agency clients, while identifying and securing new opportunities.
This role combines business development, account management and customer relationship management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building trust and influencing decision-makers.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to your client base, helping them navigate industry challenges and identifying solutions that add genuine value.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agency clients
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
* Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and maximise growth potential
* Generate referrals and introductions through proactive outbound activity
* Conduct telephone, email and LinkedIn-based business development campaigns
* Handle inbound enquiries from prospective clients
* Educate clients on industry developments, products and services
* Work collaboratively with senior leadership to execute growth strategies
* Maintain accurate client records and activity within the CRM system
* Represent the business professionally at meetings, networking events and client hospitality opportunities
## What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a B2B sales, account management or business development role
* Proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Confidence in making outbound calls and developing new business opportunities
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Commercial awareness and the ability to identify customer challenges and solutions
* Experience using CRM systems
* Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven mindset
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
