As a Chef de Partie you will be supporting the Senior Chefs & Executive Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and be a key part of the 15 strong team of Chefs. You will be catering for up to 800 covers per day, so this is a site that requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level with a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends, with a special focus on street food & bistro.

The site is solely retail focused with no budget from the client, giving the Chefs complete autonomy to cook what they like using the ingredients they choose too.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting that is fast paced with high standards of food preparation.
