Full duties and requirement below:

* Oversee the delivery, collection and presentation of the hospitality service at the location. (Client Facing/ High Standard Service/ Client Engaging approach)
* Ensure that the client receives the highest possible standard of hospitality services (Fine Dining, Drinks Service, Wine Pouring, Canape Service, Refreshments, Silver Service Buffet, Clearing, Organizing and Setting Up service areas)
* Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded.
* To be customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
