Ed O'Connell

In his role as Managing Director, Ed is responsible for driving the strategy and growth of Search Professional Services nationally. Ed takes a hands on approach to client engagement and has designed bespoke specialised recruitment services for our client base across the UK.

With over 18 years’ experience in recruitment and consulting, Ed was previously Managing Director at Protiviti Consulting, part of the Robert Half group, where he led the Managed Services business.

Prior to this, Ed was part of the EMEA senior leadership team at Robert Half where he launched the UK Executive Services business.
