Leading a team as a billing manager, you will have the autonomy to develop your team as you see fit - with the investment to grow with guidance from our hugely successful Director and Managing Director, with a combined 25 years at Search.

We're looking for someone with:
* Previous experience in a Billing Management role within the Trades and Labour division, with a track-record of training, growing and developing a new team.
* In-depth knowledge of the London Construction market
* Highly ambitious individuals who are keen to progress and succeed.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion to provide excellent service.
* Creative ideas on ways to attract prospects and increase engagement.
* A lively personality who can showcase our values and nurture relationships.
