My client is looking for experienced, driven and determined Account Managers to join their established team in Birkenhead.
As an Account Manager, it's your job to find new potential clients for the sales team. You're the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers for the business … so you can earn excellent commission.
* Outbound B2B prospecting calls
* Finding and calling new potential customers (B2B) establishing correct contacts, usage and renewal dates whilst building rapport
* General Fact Find and market research, along with competitor awareness
* Analyse and interpret customer's needs
* Maintain CRM system
* Production of weekly reports and KPI's
* You will receive on-going sales and product training as well as giving you individual coaching and support whilst in the role
What you should have
* Previous experience in a similar Lead Generation / Outbound role
* Excellent Communication skills, verbally and written
* Knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent fact finding ability and experience
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Be self-motivated, tenacious, enthusiastic and conscientious
