We are introducing a new role for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our growing client with a fully remote role! The hours of work are between 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will make outbound calls to existing / previous customers promoting the service of dog food they have ordered to discuss signing them up to an ongoing subscription.
Role and Responsibilities:
Outbound aftersales calls
Assisting customers in setting up service plans.
Accurate data inputting of customer details
Identifying infrequent customers and promoting client services
Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Improve and drive lead conversions.
Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
Adhering to brand standards
Ideally you will have previous customer service or telesales experience.
Customer focussed with excellent communication & organisational skills
Self-motivated & target driven.
Able to work on your own
Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
Competent using Microsoft Office
