Rate: £13.30 per hour | Weekly Pay: £498.00
Hours: 37.5 per week over 4 days
Locations: Richmond (primary), with potential cover in Hampstead & Mayfair
Clinic Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Pattern:3 days: 09:30 - 20:00 (including 1-hour lunch; 30 minutes paid)
* 1 day: 09:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities
* Open and close the clinic
* Ensure smooth daily operations
* Operate the Point-of-Sale and booking system, including end-of-day reconciliation
* Provide a warm, informative, and engaging experience to every patient
* Manage and update appointment bookings, promptly communicating any changes
* Handle phone and email enquiries professionally
* Oversee general stock control and inventory
* Support sales by confidently consulting patients and sharing product knowledge
* Maintain the clinic's cleanliness and presentation
