As the RICS Valuer for our client, you will be responsible for the below:

• Conducting thorough property inspections and valuations according to RICS guidelines.
• Producing accurate and detailed valuation reports for a variety of property types.
• Providing expert advice on property valuation matters to clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality valuation services.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• RICS qualification (MRICS/FRICS) is essential.
• Proven experience in property valuation within the real estate industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
