The Sous Chef will be supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen, managing a team of 5 Chefs. You will be catering for up to 200 covers per day in the retail kitchen as well as catering for the sites busy hospitality offer, which ranges from sandwich working lunches to fine dining. This is a site that requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level with a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends, as well as a strong knowledge of fine dining.

This is an amazing opportunity for a talented & ambitious Sous Chef to showcase their skills in an environment that offers a better work life balance. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
