We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the senior kitchen team at one of London's leading restaurant groups. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to take the next step in their career within a premium fresh-food environment that places a strong emphasis on quality, development, and internal progression.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. You will play a key leadership role, helping to manage and develop the kitchen team, oversee service, and maintain excellent operational standards.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will assist with training and mentoring junior chefs, stock control, ordering, and maintaining food safety compliance. This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced, fresh-food environment, offering the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills and progress your career.
About You
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a quality-led restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
- Passionate about fresh food, seasonal produce, and delivering exceptional standards
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- A team player who thrives in a professional kitchen environment
